Our international recruitment team has a vast amount of healthcare experience. We ensure and assist all candidates in meeting the necessary criteria including but not limited to IELTS, CBT, NMC, OSCE etc.

The current market place highlights the global shortage of nurses. In the UK there is a staffing crisis. According to a recent (2021) survey by Nursing Times, 80% of nurses feel that patient safety is affected by staff shortages. Our mission is to focus on bridging this gap by finding the best talent from the right country. Just say the word and we will do the rest!

STEPS

Step 1: Fill out the "Request a meeting form"

Step 2: One of our team members will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss the particulars of your needs and to finalise your criteria

Step 3: We will formalise all paperwork and get to work

Step 4: We will either fly to the selected country (if we don't have any agents there) or contact one of our recruitment partners in the country

Step 5: Thorough vetting process, we check and validate all documents, certificates, job history, Registration number, PIN, References, passport, DBS Check/ police report, etc to ensure the candidate meets the set criteria :

Step 6: After the 4th stage we will contact the employer to arrange a video interview

Step 7: If successful, Job Offer => Visa Application => Arrival + Accommodation (To be arranged with Employer) => OSCE preparation and exams, NMC approval => PIN => Complete

Step 8: We continue to be on hand to assist with the candidates settling into their new environment and will provide them with an information pack for their area/borough
