GDPR was developed for the protection of data rights of the EU citizens by the European Parliament and Council which came into effect on May 25 2018 and replaces the Data Protection Act 1998.

AllRecruitment Global Ltd will only hold your details for the purpose of conducting employment checks to finalise and confirm employment which you agree upon. We will also use your email address for newsletter emails which you may subscribe at any time. We may contact you from time to time to either provide you with information or discuss the state of your application (candidates) or your order, prospects, or query (Clients). Your details are held online, and password protected. Your personal details are shared with carefully selected third parties for the basis in confirming employment and conducting payroll purposes. All third party used will submit their GDPR policy for us to protect your privacy and comply with the current legislation. Once your employment cease, we will make you a leaver and archive all soft copies of signed documentations and ID documents you presented during your registration.

AllRecruitment Global Ltd is a paperless company therefore upon registration and completion of your employment check the hard copy of paperwork is destroyed at our premises via a data shredder to enhance data protection, within 6 months of your registration completion date.
Should you wish to withdraw your employment with AllRecruitment Global Ltd you can contact us via email on support@allrecruitment.uk and make a request for us to delete your file and make you a leaver.
